I believe that we should be facing up to realities and the first one that comes to mind is that from their recent and past behavior Hamas have no intention of returning alive any of the hostages. For them, all of these meeting with all the other leaders is a great joke. When a few of the hostages are killed and their bodies easily returned, it is with the aim of driving the families and friends of the others to reduce our government to an ever bigger shambles than already exists. We should expect them to continue with this immoral and disgusting behavior! These killer terrorists are not humans in the form that normally results from proper child raising. They have been trained to be so brutal and crude in their ways that the only thing to do with them is to continue fighting until the last one has been eliminated.
I wish I did not feel the need to write in this way and pray for it to be wrongly forecasting our future, but our hopes for our homeland Israel and our families must be based also on answering far bigger and potentially more tragic situations, even than the above.
Oh yes, about October 7, even here, in safe Vermont, the sorrow and heartbreak...and raging inside at the ignorance of some current American college students -that does stop either...
